No. The Smart Receptionist connects to the tools you already use — you don't need to switch platforms, migrate data, or learn anything new. We do the integration work during your onboarding. You just authorise the connection with a standard login.
The AI reads your live calendar before offering any slot. It only offers times that are genuinely available at the moment of the call. As soon as a booking is confirmed, it's immediately written to your calendar — so if two calls come in at the same time, the second caller will see the first slot already taken. Double-booking is not possible as long as your calendar is kept up to date.
Google Calendar, Outlook, and core SMS/email are included on all plans. More specialised platforms — Jobber, Jane App, Vagaro, QuickBooks, ZenMaid, etc. — are available as a Premium CRM Integration add-on for $29/mo, or included on the Business and Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans include all integrations plus custom development options.
